RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items purchased from Velvit LLC are final sale and may not be returned or refunded. Sized items purchased from Velvit LLC are eligible for a one time exchange only, and on the condition that items are purchased at full price without any promotional codes, are unworn, unwashed, undamaged with their original tags, that the item is not a one of a kind piece, and that the item in which is being inquired about to exchange is an exchange for the exact same item number. Qualifying exchanges are only eligible based on availability and if they are NOT made to order.  All exchanges that qualify must be returned in any original interior packaging, and must be submitted within 10 business days from the time the package is delivered. Sizing issues may be submitted through our customer care center at info@velvitvault.com and we will do our best to respond within five business days. Any issues with the quality of made to order items will be relayed to designers directly, and reissued items will be at the discretion of the designer. Velvit LLC and the Designers are not responsible for items damaged during delivery. Unless otherwise specified, all Velvit LLC items are shipped from our headquarters in Chicago, IL., USA. Once items leave the care of our facility, the condition of packages will no longer be the responsibility of Velvit LLC, but will be the responsibility of the carrier company. 

For qualified exchanges, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This fee is based on the retail price of the merchandise that qualifies for an exchange. Before the time of shipping of your new size, you will be invoiced a 10% restocking fee that is based on the item amount being exchanged. Please note: your exchange will not leave our facility until the restocking fee has been paid in full. 

ORDERING
With every order placed, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase. This receipt is not regarded a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason at the discretion of Velvit LLC. Velvit LLC has the right to refuse or cancel orders whether or not the credit card used in purchasing has been charged. If the credit card has already been charged and the order placed is canceled, VELVIT LLC shall issue a return to the credit card account in the amount originally paid. VELVIT LCC cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. Some of the pieces carried are made to order and will state so in the product description. Most of these orders are drop shipped directly from the designer. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by our customer service team on an approximate date your order will be ready to ship. VELVIT LLC reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. Our team will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. 

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic shipments within the USA are subject to standard shipping fees. For international deliveries from the USA outside of the USA and Canada, additional sales tax and customs duties may apply and are the sole responsibility of the consumer. If your order ships straight from the artist or designer (as clarified under each product description), and the item happens to be outside of the USA, customs and duties fees may apply when shipping to the USA or Canada. 

At any time, all customs and duties fees will be the sole responsibility of the consumer. At the time of purchase, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy.

PERSONAL IDENTITY INFORMATION
Customers' personal information will be collected by VELVIT LLC for the purposes of customer service and all customer inquiries, order processing through the VELVIT LLC website, www.velvitvault.com, and subsequent updates pertaining to existing orders. We do not sell, trade, or rent any customer identification information to others. We may share customer information with third parties collaborating with VELVIT LLC, such as artists and designers whose items are sold and distributed through VELVIT LLC, but customer information will only be shared for the aforementioned purposes of customer service, customer inquiry, order processing, and order updates. 

By using this site, all customers accept and agree to the terms of this policy.
